HOW IT WORKS
REGISTER
Register your client before or during their first visit.
INTRODUCE
Introduce your client to a WestWind Homes Sales Consultant.
PURCHASE
Your client signs a Purchase Agreement within 60 days.
CLOSE
The transaction successfully closes and funds.
GET PAID
Receive your guaranteed 3% Realtor commission.
WHAT'S PROTECTED?

We Will Never Compete for Your Client. WestWind Homes recognizes that your client relationship belongs to you. We will never encourage your client to terminate your representation.

Once a client has been properly registered: We will communicate directly with your clients only regarding their home purchase and construction process.

We will continue to recognize you as the procuring Realtor throughout the transaction unless one of the disqualification events below occurs.
BUYER REGISTRATION
Register your client using the WestWind Homes Realtor Registration Form before or during your client's first visit.
If multiple Realtors register the same buyer, WestWind Homes will honor the first properly completed registration submitted during the registration period, unless written documentation establishes another Realtor as the procuring cause under Texas law. Only one commission will be paid per transaction.
Once a client is properly registered, your commission remains protected—even if your client visits a community without you. Your client contacts WestWind Homes directly. Your client communicates with our Online Sales Team. Construction takes several months. Different WestWind team members assist your client. WestWind Homes may communicate directly with your customer regarding appointments, financing, design selections, warranty, while recognizing the Realtor as the client's representative throughout the transaction.
COMISSION PROTECTION
Commission Protection remains in effect unless:

The buyer does not purchase a WestWind home.

A Purchase Agreement is not signed within the 60-day registration period (unless extended in writing by WestWind Homes).

The transaction does not close.

The Realtor is no longer legally authorized to represent the buyer under Texas law or TREC regulations.

Another Realtor is determined to be the procuring cause under applicable Texas law.
