By purchasing this per diem extension, the buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable daily fee to extend the closing deadline of their Westwind Homes purchase contract. Extensions are subject to approval and do not guarantee changes to loan terms, pricing, or home availability. Payment must be made in full prior to the requested extension taking effect. Extensions are granted in full-day increments only, and partial-day credits are not available. This fee does not apply to construction delays or changes caused by Westwind Homes. Please confirm eligibility and extension availability with your sales representative before purchasing.
