OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a creative graphic designer who lives at the intersection of graphic design, video production, and photography. You will be the visual architect of our brand, capturing agent headshots in the studio one hour and designing high-impact digital campaigns the next. If you are a high-energy creator who thrives on variety and visual excellence and works well in a high-volume creative environment we want to see your work.
JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
Create and design digital marketing assets including print, video, email templates, landing pages, and social media graphics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and print) to ensure total visual consistency.
Develop graphics, animations, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms, ensuring brand standards are met across every touchpoint.
Organize and maintain all digital design files and assets for efficient team workflow.
Photography for agent onboarding: serve as the in-house photographer for agent headshots. Conduct headshot sessions as needed.
Perform photo editing and retouching to ensure a polished, professional look.
Manage photography equipment studio scheduling, and overall studio workflow.
Design promotional materials for company events, training sessions, and recruiting initiatives.
Support on-site events with photography and visual needs as required.
Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and high-quality promotional materials.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Graphic Design: Proficient in Photoshop and Canva to create stunning flyers, digital banners, billboards, and social posts.
Video Production: Proficient in Adobe Premiere or CapCut for editing community tours and high-engagement social content.
Photography & Retouching: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong eye for lighting, composition, and professional retouching.
Digital Marketing: Ability to build email templates and landing pages (Wix) that align with strict brand standards.
Organization: Expert level file management and version control to keep a high-volume office running smoothly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to occasionally lift-up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine company needs.
• Must be able to legally drive vehicles in the USA.
