Warranty Package

At closing, you will receive a manual with the all of the information for your 2–Year Builder Limited Warranty, Bonded Builder's® 10–year Warranty, a paint kit containing your interior colors for touch-ups, and a magnet with the warranty contact phone numbers. We have a full time Warranty Coordinator in the office, and a Warranty Customer Service Representative in the field, as well as the CARE Team beeper for after hours emergencies.

30 Day Break–in Period

In order for our service program to operate at maximum efficiency and for your convenience, we will not accept a work request until after the 30 day break-in period has passed. This allows you sufficient time to become settled in your new home and to thoroughly examine all components.

Warranty Request Procedure

If you have an emergency, please contact our office during normal business hours at 1-877-723-0171 or the CARE Team beeper at (956) 718-1192 after hours. You can also fill out the form provided below for regular business hours service. Once a written request for service is received, you will be contacted by the Warranty Coordinator for clarification of your request and to schedule an appointment for inspection and service. Warranty appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are committed to completing all calls within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Warranty Reminder Letter

We’ll also send you a letter on or around the 11th month in your new home, as a reminder to turn in any warrantable items that may need service at that time.

Your Bonded Builder Warranty

Also with your home comes a structural 10-year warranty by Bonded Builders. This warranty provides additional valuable protection for you. It's coverage for “major coverage defects” that might occur during the 10-year term of the warranty.

A “major structural defect” is defined as actual physical damage to load-bearing portions of the home. Subject to the limits provided in the warranty,we will a) repair or replace a covered major structural defect or b) pay the homeowner the reasonable actual cost of repair or replacement.
