I recently moved into a new WestWind Home and I am truly impressed by the quality of service and product that my son and I received. The home is beautiful and is located in an upscale gated community. I have always wanted to provide the best for my son and I feel as if this accomplishment is a step in the right direction.

The purchasing process went very well and smooth from day one. I met with very professional staff including staff representing the contract signing, the material selection process, engineering & design review, construction process and inspection process. These steps went exceptionally well and the house was delivered within the time specified in our contract.

The materials used were of high quality. The detail and design is superior to most of the newer homes that I have seen contractors build. As a firefighter, we preach, “Never Trust the TRUSS”. Truss construction is known for its instability under fire conditions. I am proud to see that all of the WestWind Homes being constructed in my neighborhood are constructed with 2X6 rafters 16" on center. This makes homes safer for both the residents and for firefighters when having to respond to fires in these homes. Utilizing true rafters provides for a more stable structure.

I would like to personally thank you and your staff for a job well done. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Mr. Gene Belmares and Mr. Moises Alfaro for a job well done.

I wanted to take this time to compliment Amy and Peter (Construction Manager).  Since our move in 1 month ago, a few incidents have occurred with my home. I have not had the privilege of meeting Amy in person, but she has been very courteous and professional over the phone. Amy answers her calls immediately and takes care of the situation then and there. Peter, has been very informative and helpful since the construction on my house started. He has explained several policies and procedures to me. He has taken care of all matters of my house. Eventhough, I see Peter very busy with other homes, workers, calls, and meetings, he makes my situation a priorty for him to resolve. I am very appreciative to you, Amy, and Peter.
